Archbishop Josiah Idowu-Fearon, chief pastor of the Kaduna province of the Church of Nigeria, will preach for Sunday’s Eucharist set for 10 a.m. at the Convention Center.
The liturgy will include the United Thank Offering in-gathering. Episcopalians from the Twin Cities will attend.
The Archbishop will preach from his experience as chief pastor of one of three provinces that comprise the Church of Nigeria. With 17.5 million members, the Nigerian church is the second largest (after the Church of England) of the member provinces of the Anglican Communion.
