The making of bishops is topic of Dec. 13 bulletin inserts

And since this is "election season" – with eight bishop elections completed in the past few months – it's a good time to look at the process. Episcopal Life Weekly continues its occasional series of bulletin inserts on church governance by addressing this topic on Dec. 13 with information provided by the Episcopal Church's Office of Public Affairs.
