Immigration and refugee advocate is focus of October 12 bulletin inserts

[Episcopal Life Weekly] Episcopal Life Weekly bulletin inserts for October 12 announce the appointment of a new staff member for immigration and refugee advocacy at the Episcopal Church's Office of Government Relations. Ana White, immigration and refugee policy analyst, works closely with Episcopal Migration Ministries and the Episcopal Public Policy Network to advance the Episcopal Church's commitment to welcome the stranger in response to the words of Jesus in Matthew 25: "When I was hungry, you gave me something to eat, and when I was thirsty, you gave me something to drink. When I was a stranger, you welcomed me..."
