Council of Deans Meeting – January 9 – 13, 2008
Members of the consortium and affiliated or interested dioceses will come together to talk about the possibility of educational partnerships in the area of Ministry Developers Collaborative to be held at Saint Christopher Camp and Conference Center in Johns Island, South Carolina.

St. Paul’s Campus Symposium – January 14 – 17, 2008
This marks the beginning of a series of campus ministries to be held on each of the three Historically Black Episcopal Colleges and Piney Woods High School in Jackson, Mississippi.    Clergy and lay delegates from a broad geographic area will be invited to participate in the various events that will continue.   

It is hoped that these ministries will help to develop closer ties with the Colleges.    Also, as we interact with students, and become more involved on the campus, continuing activities may serve to advance the diversity initiatives outlined in the Episcopal Church’s 20/20 imperative.
