THE WASHINGTON NATIONAL Cathedral Flower Guild Flower Seminar is held for five days each January. Thirty-six students watch demonstrations, explore the cathedral and tour the nation�s capitol by moonlight. The week�s highlight comes on the final day, when the students decorate the cathedral.
